Digital Delivery Policy

MicrowinKey supplies digital software products. No physical item is shipped unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Digital Delivery Channels

Digital activation keys, order confirmations, and related delivery information are delivered only through:

the email address entered by the customer at checkout; and
the customer account or order page, where that feature is available.

MicrowinKey does not deliver product keys through WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, direct messages, or other social platforms. Phone and WhatsApp are customer-support channels only and are not used to deliver activation keys.

Before Ordering

Please confirm the product edition, operating system, device compatibility, region, device limit, and any 32-bit or 64-bit requirements shown on the product page before placing an order. Enter an email address that you can access.

Order Review and Delivery

Delivery is normally processed after successful payment confirmation. Manual review, fraud checks, payment verification, or stock confirmation may occasionally delay delivery. Any delivery information will still be sent to the checkout email address or made available through the customer account or order page.

If Delivery Information Is Missing

Check the email address used at checkout and your spam or junk folder, then sign in to your customer account if you created one. If you have not received your order information or believe the delivery details are incorrect, contact us and include your order number, the checkout email address, and the product name. After verification, delivery information will be resent to the checkout email address or made available through the account or order page.

Delivery Support

Do not send passwords, complete payment-card details, or activation keys through public social-media messages.
